Clumber Livery is located at the edge of the National Trust site of Clumber Park, which boasts over 3800 acres of land in which to ride. The park comprises of woods, grassland, heath land, streams and lakes.
The Lime Tree avenue that leads into the park extends three miles and is the longest double avenue in Europe.
The park is open all year round during daylight. Clumber park is ideally explored from the saddle. Passes are available from the National Trust Office for a small annual charge.
Services
The services offered are for Full or Part Livery Service, which include:-
- 24hr supervision.
- Yard security cameras.
- Daily mucking out either 5 days or 7 days a week cover can be provided
- All stables feature rubber matting, woodfibre bedding,
- Feed included both haylage and hardfeed. (special needs catered for at supplemented charge)
- Inclusion in worming program
- All year turnout - The turning out service includes the stable rug being removed and the NZ being put on.
If you require any extras eg. Boots/leg guard etc charges are clearly stated
Facilities include:-
- Rest room with free refreshments
- Private lockers
- Overnight Lorry and trailer parking (long term by prior arrangement only)
- A 40’ x 40’ rubber and silica sand ménage with floodlights
- Range of show jumps in separate paddock

We now offer a schooling and training to suit your horses needs. We have experienced staff on site that are experienced horse handlers, who will create a programme to suit your horse.
